When team WW approached 3A Architects Inc, their requirements were very simple. They needed a space that’s extremely functional, simple to operate without loosing the aesthetics of a work space. Post covid, employees had just started returning back to offices and there was a need to create work spaces that are not only comfortable, but also safe, healthy and energetic.
3A Architects Inc approached this with the requirements above, planned and delivered just what was apt for its client’s needs. The entire layout is based on sustainability, natural and beautiful space. To begin with the entire premise was equipped with centralized HVAC, along with the possibility of large windows that could be opened up as per need so that one could also enjoy the clean natural breeze, thereby reducing the load on HVAC and enjoying pure natural ventilation. All the laminates used were certified 99.9% germ free / anti viral type. To add to the aesthetics and also create a very soothing comfortable spaces we used natural terracotta clay roof tiles for the CEO’s cabin and reception along with high mounted suspended profile lights and deep recessed cylinder lights
The reception and CEO’s cabin were built using mild steel frames, glass and terracotta clay tiles. The entire contrast between natural hues, lighting, and subtle wall colours created a very pleasant and healthy work spaces. A few indoor plants were also added to create a homely feeling. In all, the client was extremely delighted to have this unique space created for their work staff and esteemed clientele that visits them.
